of depression . One of the first things that a doctor will
do is to determine whether or not you will benefit from medication.

their depression. Many people live with chronic symptoms of
depression for many years and learn skills and techniques
for coping with feelings of depression. Different forms of
therapy are also very helpful in coping with depression and
can bring some relief from loneliness. The important thing
